7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include the original packaging, accessories, tags, and invoice (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The item is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return period.

  • The product was purchased as a final sale or promotional item, unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and send it back as instructed.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be returned according to this Return & Refund Policy.
